Bothered......


I have taken time away from my blog for various reasons. I have been seeing a single man I met when I was trying my '30 dates in 30 days' experiment. I've been ill and needed a break from things on here. I've had family issues to deal with, and I've had a new addition to my family - Josie Dollyknockers.




But also I've been hassled, bothered and bullied by someone on the net - hence my relative silence on here and Twitter. I've managed to block his hideous comments from appearing on the blog, and I've spoken to the police about his increasing criticism, judgements and threats. Hopefully he will settle down now, now he realises he can't reach the general public with his vitriolic attacks. I'm determined not to let some hideous reject, with no social skills whatsoever, stop me doing something I love. I love dating, I love writing and I love running my blog. No one has ever tried to stop me writing, which is surprising considering some of the backlash I have faced after my press appearances, and no one is going to stop me now.

So I won't be bothered by him any longer. I won't be bothered by any other small-minded opinions. And I won't be bothered if anyone feels bitter because I didn't want them. Opening yourself up to criticism is part of writing a blog, but having threats aimed at you is a little unnecessary. I will always face criticism based on my lifestyle choices, but constructive criticism, educated and intelligent comments, will be appreciated. Badly spelt nastiness will just be mocked! :)

    I am still here and "when" the police discuss my posts which have all been documented,I will inform them to discuss the freedom of speech act with you....I however I have been astonished by the number of 'loyal fans' that have backed you up with posts of positive support...     Phew Karen, sounds like you've had a terrible time of it, and I'm sorry to hear that. Anyway, I'd like to say hi and a big welcome to the divine Josie. I'm looking forward to hearing about her escapades (and yours, though I daresay they'll be very different!).

    Have missed reading your blog Karen - welcome back! Josie looks just like the two little darlings I found on my doorstep at Christmas - promptly named Holly & Ivy by my kids! Best wishes. Sonja

    Mr. Anonymous: if you don't like what you read why don't you just stopping reading? Just like if you don't like a programme on the TV you turn over? Cyber-bulling is the domain of cowards (and those with small penises!). Or perhaps you are Mrs Anonymous? Is it really Karen's fault that your husband found affection and satisfaction elsewhere - sounds like he might have had good reason!

    Oh my goodness Sonja - 2 at Christmas? How sad but how lovely. Where did they come from? If they are half as much fun as Josie then you will be very happy :) She's a delight and I am her slave lol. There is no room in my bed for a man now :)

    And as for Mr Anon - he is a Mr, Sonja, he's someone who didn't get what he wanted from me and has been bitter for years since!! lol. He'll get bored one day. I know I am! And was!! lol

    Hello youngin, if you require the service of a close protection officer, you know who i am, We can investigate this, no Balls, Mr anon, with his feeble threats, "Look at me I have a Lawyer and I am recording these as evidence".     Mr Anon, I know you can't help yourself, and your comments have been getting through, but like I said, they WILL NOT be posted on here again. It's probably best you bother someone else who will humour you. I won't be doing. You can criticise my other followers and their comments as much as you like, your words won't reach them - by the way, yes he is a close protection officer!! Your words will now only reach me, and to be honest they just make me laugh, out loud! I will freely admit I'm climbing the walls!! I've been stuck in the house, out of action, since before Christmas! I had to get Christmas out of the way, and all of my usual male 'friends' were, naturally, caught up doing family things. Then I was sick for several days and couldn't have been charming and fabulous if you'd paid me. And now, the gods have been against me. I've been snow-bound, in my tiny village, and it just seems to be getting worse. It's endless, and there seems to be no relief where we can all get back to some normality.
